The hotel room was fantastic, but small, and the lack of a flushing toilet was inconvenient. The service was generally helpful, but some staff appeared disengaged. The location was central and convenient for exploring London. Dining was a mixed experience with excellent freshly prepared food but limited breakfast hours. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is situated in a wonderful location near the tube station, making it convenient for accessing London. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The dining experience with continental and full English breakfast was satisfactory but could have been better in terms of timing. The rooms, however, were very dated and in need of refurbishment, which was a downside. The gardens were stunning, providing a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy drinks outdoors.
