The hotel is situated in a wonderful location near the tube station, making it convenient for accessing London. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The dining experience with continental and full English breakfast was satisfactory but could have been better in terms of timing. The rooms, however, were very dated and in need of refurbishment, which was a downside. The gardens were stunning, providing a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy drinks outdoors.
